Maintenance Inspections
At Climbing Wall Solutions we are aware that safety is your number one concern. We offer:
- A full annual safety inspection service
- We will supply you with a Health and Safety Policy specific to your build
- Full insurance certificates
- Full check of all climbing facility elements for condition, security and suitability for purpose, emphasis on safety and structural parts that may be potentially dangerous or lead to accidents.
- Full report of findings with recommendations for replacement and repair if necessary. Especially important where construction records are incomplete such as on older facilities or self build projects.
Testing & certification
Proof load testing to EN12572:2007 to ensure compliance with current standards for artificial climbing structures.
This is the definitive test of compliance for pre EN standards facilities or climbing walls with unknown build history.
Certificate of conformity provided.
Refurbishment & upgrades

Revive and enhance dated and worn surfaces to increase climbing value. From graphic paint schemes to complete replacement. Upgrade structure and fittings to comply with EN12572:2007 Certain work may be carried out by one of our associate companies on our behalf.
