CLIMBING WALLS
Our craftsmen have been involved with the design and construction of climbing walls for over 15 years. They have provided many walls from inexpensive traversing walls to transforming the bouldering and roped climbing at some of the busiest climbing centres in the UK. They have worked on some of the largest climbing projects in the UK as well as many for schools and organisations of differing sizes. Our depth of experience also covers climbing walls and structures in mainland UK and Ireland.

We specialise in providing

• TRAVERSING WALLS: inexpensive low height climbing walls suitable for enhancing gymnasiums or underutilised playgrounds. No safety flooring required.
• BOULDERING WALLS: A low height climbing wall above a specially built padded surface. Usually incorporating a variety of overhanging angles. A great way to challenge your users.
• PLAYGROUND CLIMBING WALLS: We will ensure that you get the best advice and Playground Climbing Wall.
• ROPED WALLS: larger walls with safety ropes, requiring trained staff.  Suitable for all abilities of users thanks to the design criteria agreed during our consultation process.
• CLIMBING AND ABSEILING TOWERS: these are ideal for complimenting any organisation’s wish to provide outdoor education facilities.  They can be a fun and challenging resource.

ROUTE-SETTING
Perhaps the most important yet often neglected part of a climbing build is the route setting (attaching the climbing holds to the wall). This determines the amount of fun and satisfaction that the wall users get. This skill only comes after years of practice and training, as it is closer to an art form than an exact science. Our route-setters work at both local school and international competition levels and are able to provide interesting long term climbing challenges for climbers of all abilities.

Climbing Wall Solutions can offer a consultancy service in relation to your facilitys operational and management requirements.

It is imperative that a facility is operated in accordance with best practice within the industry and that current legislation is adhered to.

We will provide you with the services of a leading provider in climbing wall operational and management procedures. These will conform to current NGB guidelines and will be delivered by those holding the Mountain Instructor Award (MIA).
