How it works

  • First contact and ideas

You contact us for information or a quote. You will be talking to Will, the managing director, who will email or call you. It can be helpful at this stage if you are able to send us some pictures or measurements of the space you are thinking of for your wall, but we can talk you through what’s needed.

  • Your quote

Following discussion, we put together a quote document detailing the wall, dimensions, materials used, and cost, with a mockup of your wall in situ so you can see how it will look. See examples below.

  • Making sure we get it right

If you decide to go ahead, we will produce a detailed specification for the work for you to approve, fully detailing everything you are getting, and arrange a schedule for fitting the wall with you.

  • Manufacturing

It takes 2-10 weeks manufacturing time from order to installation. We will endeavour to meet your deadlines and can sometimes improve on these timings if needed.

  • Installation

A craftsperson and expert route setter will come and build your wall. Installation will take approximately 1-2 days to carry out dependent on the final length of wall.

  • After the build

We will keep in touch to check that you are happy with your wall and have everything you need to start using it. You can email or call Will any time if you have any questions or concerns.

We deliver 100% of our walls within agreed budgets and to exacting and convenient timescales for our customers.
